  1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Advantek Medical Surgical Equipment and Instruments Trading Co L L C (“Advantek”). If you are not completely happy with your product, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  • You must request a return within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. After receiving confirmation from our customer service team, securely package the product, including all accessories and documentation, and ship it to the address provided.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your return within 7 business days.

We offer two return options:

  • Refund: If the return is approved, we will issue a refund for the product’s purchase price. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchange: In some cases, we may offer an exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value.
