- Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Advantek Medical Surgical Equipment and Instruments Trading Co L L C (“Advantek”). If you are not completely happy with your product, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:
- You must request a return within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- After receiving confirmation from our customer service team, securely package the product, including all accessories and documentation, and ship it to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your return within 7 business days.
- Return Options
We offer two return options:
- Refund: If the return is approved, we will issue a refund for the product’s purchase price. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchange: In some cases, we may offer an exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value.
